When you use the relationship health test or script generator features:

• Your test answers or selected scenario are temporarily transmitted to an AI service (DeepSeek API) for processing.
• The AI service generates recommendations or scripts based on your input.
• We do not store your inputs or the AI responses on any servers.
• The AI service provider's privacy policy applies to the processing of your data during transmission.

We do not share any personally identifiable information with the AI service.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

BreakUp? does NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or similar)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Social media account information
• Photos or videos

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

• You control your data. Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• No cloud backup. We do not back up your data to any cloud service.
• Data deletion. You can delete your data at any time within the app, or by uninstalling the app.
• No data recovery. If you uninstall the app, all your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
